Neil Downing, Mortgage and Protection, is a Father and son run business. We pride ourselves on giving our clients a friendly, professional & complete service.

 

 

Neil Downing 
Has been helping clients buy their homes for over 40 years, He has worked with a Building Society, an Insurance company, Solicitors, Financial Advisers and Estate Agents. He has run his own business since 2003 and has built up a large client bank, who regularly refer him to friends and relatives and come back year after year. He loves helping clients to buy their homes or arrange their finances and is keen to keep on doing so. Neil is passionate on ensuring that his clients have Financial resilience in times when things are difficult, such as death of a partner, being diagnosed with Cancer or other critical illness and losing an income if off work due to lllness and injury.

Jonathan Downing

Joined his dad, after finishing college and started as an administrator in 2014. He has studied to qualify as a Mortgage adviser in his own right. He is looking to build his client bank and is keen to continue providing them with a professional, honest and comprehensive service. Like his dad, he enjoys helping people buy the house of their dreams by helping through the complicated process of obtaining a mortgage by making as simple as possible.
