Neil Downing gave excellent service through out our mortgage application and put it into layman’s terms for us as 1st time buyers.
He guided us through the entire process and offered us advice. Once complete he also helped us gain mortgage protection and contents insurance.
We can’t thank Neil Downing enough and we will use his service every time.

My experience with Mr. Neil Downing and his mortgage advising services has been highly positive and I strongly recommend him for all matters related to property!
Mr. Downing has his clients’ best interest at heart and gives honest advice even if it may mean he’d not make a sale in the short term. For example, he’d previously advised me about the asking price for a property being too high given the surrounding area, that made me take a step back and carry on the house-hunting for many months. But it was for that reason I trusted Mr. Downing and returned to avail his services once I’d found a suitable place to buy.
Above all, by offering a portfolio of services including insurance, he’s made the process of first time home buying as seamless as practically possible in a busy market. He’s been my primary point of contact when in doubt or confusion about matters even tangentially related to mortgages alone. Thank you Mr. Downing!

Second time using Neil’s service, I would not go elsewhere. Excellent advice, accessible, great network (recommended our estate agent who was amazing). If you are looking for financial advice then you won’t get much better and personable than Neil.

I would highly recommend Neil Downing. Neil has helped me from day 1 of the mortgage process. He has helped me to secure my very first house.
Neil has been my go to person when I had questions and has supported me throughout the whole process. Every query and question I had he responded to and guided me in the right direction.
Neil is very professional and an expert in his field. If you ever need a mortgage and any insurance policies than I cannot recommend Neil highly enough.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Neil.
Neil’s expertise guided me through the process from the very start to the very end.
For a first Time buyer like myself, this service was essential!
Neil’s understanding and calm approach to the entire process relieved the majority of the stress.
It was also extremely beneficial to have someone at hand that I can speak to at the drop of a hat regarding the process.

Neil is incredibly knowledgeable and his length of experience means that he has ‘been there, done that, bought the Tshirt’ with just about anything you could ask him! His completely unruffled and calm approach is invaluable in this sort of work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
